Do you make everything in-house?
Yes! Every product is designed, printed, and packaged by our small team right here in South Africa. We’re all about keeping it personal and full of heart.
Can I customise a product?
Absolutely. Many of our products (like star maps, soundwave art, and doormats) can be personalised. Just follow the steps on the product page, or reach out if you need help.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Most orders are made and shipped within 3–5 working days. Personalized items may take a little longer, but we promise it’s worth the wait!
💌 Digital Star Maps & Downloads
If I order a print, do I get the digital file too?
No — digital files are sold separately. Each format is priced individually because the digital version can be reproduced multiple times.
Why do you charge extra for digital files?
Our digital designs are custom-made artworks and remain our intellectual property. Purchasing a print doesn’t include the digital rights — just like buying a painting doesn’t give you the master file.
What size is the digital file?
We’ll send you a high-resolution JPEG based on the size you selected from the dropdown menu at checkout. Please note: The file is optimised for that specific size and will lose quality if printed larger.
Can I print the digital file in a larger size like A2 or A1?
The file is optimised for A4. Printing it larger may affect the quality. If you need a bigger size, get in touch for a custom quote.
🧼 Doormat Care & Info
Can the coir doormats be used outdoors?
Yes — but only in covered outdoor areas. They're made from natural coconut fibre and can deteriorate with rain or direct sunlight.
How do I clean my doormat?
Shake it out. Avoid water — these doormats like it dry and cozy.
🎁 Gifting & Packaging
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We don’t offer a gift-wrapping service, but we do offer a custom-printed wrapping paper service. All courier orders are securely packaged to protect your item in transit. If you're collecting your order, it will be wrapped in our branded Georgie & Moon paper for that extra special touch.
Can I send a gift directly to someone else?
Yes! Just enter their shipping address at checkout. You can even leave a note in the order comments — we’ll add a little message for them!

How do I start?
Begin by entering your personalised information — like date, time, location, and title for your star or moon map.
Can I choose the size and style?
Yes! Select your preferred print size (A4, A3, A2, A1) and choose whether you'd like it as a print, framed piece, canvas, or digital download.
Will I see a preview before it’s printed?
Absolutely — once we receive your order, we’ll email you a digital mock-up to approve before going to print.
What happens after I approve the design?
Once approved, we’ll package your artwork with care and ship it to your door. Easy, magical, and made just for you ✨
