Q: Do you make everything in-house?
Yes! Every product is designed, printed, and packaged by our small team right here in South Africa. We’re all about keeping it personal and full of heart.
Q: Can I customise a product?
Absolutely. Many of our products (like star maps, soundwave art, and doormats) can be personalised. Just follow the steps on the product page, or reach out if you need help.
Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
Most orders are made and shipped within 3–5 working days. Personalized items may take a little longer, but we promise it’s worth the wait!
💌 Digital Star Maps & Downloads
Q: If I order a print, do I get the digital file too?
No — digital files are sold separately. Each format is priced individually because the digital version can be reproduced multiple times.
Q: Why do you charge extra for digital files?
Our digital designs are custom-made artworks and remain our intellectual property. Purchasing a print doesn’t include the digital rights — just like buying a painting doesn’t give you the master file.
Q: What size is the digital file?
We’ll send you a high-resolution JPEG based on the size you selected from the dropdown menu at checkout.
Please note: The file is optimised for that specific size and will lose quality if printed larger.
Q: Can I print the digital file in a larger size like A2 or A1?
The file is optimised for A4. Printing it larger may affect the quality. If you need a bigger size, get in touch for a custom quote.
🧼 Doormat Care & Info
Q: Can the coir doormats be used outdoors?
Yes — but only in covered outdoor areas. They're made from natural coconut fibre and can deteriorate with rain or direct sunlight.
Q: How do I clean my doormat?
Shake it out. Avoid water — these doormats like it dry and cozy.
🎁 Gifting & Packaging
Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?
We don’t offer a gift-wrapping service, but we do offer a custom-printed wrapping paper service. All courier orders are securely packaged to protect your item in transit. If you're collecting your order, it will be wrapped in our branded Georgie & Moon paper for that extra special touch.
Q: Can I send a gift directly to someone else?
Yes! Just enter their shipping address at checkout. You can even leave a note in the order comments — we’ll add a little message for them!

Very! We use trusted astronomical data to ensure the sky you see in your print reflects the real alignment for your chosen moment.
🔽 Can I preview the design before it's printed?
Yes — we’ll email you a digital proof for approval before your map goes to print. We only proceed once you’re happy!
🔽 Do you offer digital versions?
Yes! You can choose a digital version during checkout. You'll receive a high-res JPEG based on the size selected — perfect for phone screens or personal printing.
🔽 What’s customisable in a star or moon map?
You can personalise the date, time, location, title, quote, and more — all from the product page. If you want something truly unique, pop us a message!
🔽 What sizes are available?
A4, A3, A2, and A1 — available as unframed prints, framed prints, canvas, or digital downloads.
🔽 Does my order include a frame?
Only if you choose the "framed print" option. You can also select canvas or unframed formats.
🔽 Can I order a map for a future date?
Yes! We can create maps for both past and future dates — just enter your chosen day during checkout.
🔽 What if I made a mistake on my order?
Let us know within 24 hours and we’ll do our best to correct it before printing.
